NOT GUILTY – Resist Police Charges Dismissed !

Our client was observed to crossing the road to a vehicle. police observed our client retrieve a bag from within the vehicle and returning back towards the direction he came from. police have then informed our client he is subject to a search for firearms and prohibited drugs.

Police requested for our client to hand the bag over to them to which he refused. the police officer has then placed his hand on the bag and our client pulled the bag away. As a result, police have then restrained our client police placed our client in handcuffs.

Once handcuffed our client was searched and a large sum of money was located on his person and within the vehicle.

Police then placed our client within a police caged truck.

This meant that all three charges were dismissed.
