Police attended our client’s home and he was served with an order that allowed police to search his residence.
During the search police located vials labelled Testosterone Enanthate and Cannabis.
Our client was charged with two counts of Possess Prohibited Drug under Section 10(1) of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985.
The maximum penalty for each of these offences is 2 years imprisonment and a fine of $2200.
