No Conviction – Client Caught Driving with Cocaine in his System!

Our client was driving his vehicle when he was stopped by police and submitted to an oral fluid test which returned a positive detection to cocaine. Our client was placed under arrest and conveyed to Mascot Police Station.

Our client was charged with:

Drive vehicle, illicit drug present in blood under Section 111(1)(A) of the Road Transport Act 2013.

The maximum penalty for this offence is a Conviction, licence disqualification period for 6 months and a fine of $2200.
