No Criminal Conviction for client charged with Negligent Driving

Our client was involved in a vehicle collision on the Great Western Highway. He was driving towards a set of traffic lights when his foot slipped on the accelerator which caused a collision with the vehicle in front of him. Both vehicles were damaged due to this incident.

No Criminal Conviction for client charged with Negligent Driving

The client was charged under section 117(1)(c) of the Road Transport Act 2013 for negligent driving.

Our client was the sole income earner and provider for his family and required his drivers license to continue to support his family. Our client did not want to be convicted of this charge. He thankfully reached out to Oxford Lawyers and retained Mr Khatiz, Criminal Defence Lawyer and Principal. Mr Khatiz successfully represented the client and convincing the court not to record a conviction.

Our client was very satisfied and pleased with the result as justice had been served. This ensured he was able to keep his license and continue supporting his family. It also meant that there would not be a conviction recorded against his name. He is grateful to Oxford Lawyers in achieving his desired result.
