Our client contacted the Oxford Lawyers Parramatta office and retained Principal Solicitor and Accredited Criminal Law Specialist Mr Zemarai Khatiz.
Mr Khatiz prepared for the matter and successfully negotiated with police to reduce the charges.
Mr Khatiz then appeared at Waverley Local Court and made strong submissions in favour of our client and sought leniency from the Magistrate.
The Magistrate was convinced and only imposed a Good Behaviour Bond upon our client.
Our client was very pleased with this result as Mr Khatiz helped ensure he did not go to jail.
