Charge dismissed for Client Charged with Affray

A man faced an affray charge for a fight that he did not instigate.

Our client was in an elevator with several men when another man entered the elevator and an altercation occurred. Our client was forced to be involved and attempted to restrain one of the parties involved in the fight.
