No Convictions for Client Charged with Cocaine Possession

Our Client was at Star Casino with a group of friends when police conducted a patrol of the Casino. During this patrol, our client was searched by police and was found to be in possession of several bags of cocaine amounting to 2.43 grams.

Our client was charged with Possess Prohibited Drug pursuant to section 10(1) of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985. He was also given a move on direction and forced to leave the Casino.

Our client feared that a conviction recorded against his name would affect his job.
