Bail Granted for Client Charged with Supply of 895 Grams of Cocaine

Police executed a search warrant at our clients house and located over 895 grams of Cocaine, 500 grams of Cannabis, and various other drugs. Police also located over $50,000 in cash and a money counting machine.

As a result of this investigation, our client was charged with a range of offences including Supply  prohibited drug under section 25(2) of the Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985, 2 counts of Recklessly deal with proceeds of crime under section 193B(3) of the Crimes Act 1900 and 1 count of Handle explosive/precursor without authorising licence under section 6(1) of the Explosives Act.

After a distressing search of his home while his young children were present by police, and the severe nature of the charges made by police, our client and his family were pessimistic about the prospects of a successful bail application.
