Our client was driving his vehicle when he was stopped by police and subjected to an oral fluid test which returned a positive result to cannabis.
Our client was conveyed to Gosford Police Station for a secondary oral fluid test.
Our client was issued with a penalty notice for drive motor vehicle with illicit drug present in oral fluid.
Our client was facing a 3 month suspension of his drivers licence.
