NO conviction recorded for client charged with Drug Driving!

Police allege that our client was carrying a pistol and pointing the gun at a group of people and chased them down the street.
Police also allege that our client pulled the pistol out of his pocket and aimed it at the group recording the incident and yelling at the group.
The group ran while our client chased them. Our client then continued before entering a vehicle that approached him.
Police executed a warrant for our clients address and arrested him at his residence.
Our client was conveyed to Fairfield Police Station where he was denied police bail and remained in custody.
Our Client was charged with the following:
- Possess unregistered unauthorised pistol in public place under Section 93i(2) of the Crimes Act 1900.
The Maximum penalty for this offence is 14 years imprisonment. - Affray under Section 93c(1) of the Crimes Act 1900.
The maximum penalty for this offence is 10 years imprisonment.
Considering the seriousness of the charges laid against our client, he was understandably very worried about the prospect of staying in jail for the remainder of his criminal proceedings and potentially thereafter.
